It is also responsible for coordination of workflow within motor assessing, and with our towing providers and customers. Supporting the motor assessment workflow within our service level agreements and compliance obligations is critical to finalising claims for our customers.The role requires autonomy, excellent time management, initiative, and adaptability. Whilst predominantly desk based, during times of major weather events there will be a requirement to take part in assessment centres, requiring customer and supplier interactions. There is also an opportunity to work on-site with our key motor salvage partner. Excellence in customer service is a non-negotiable, and management of customer complaints is also a key component of the role.What you'll doAssist with assessing and towing related queries from the claims teams, customers, repairers and suppliersCoordinating of tows to support vehicle assessment and repairEnsuring correct towing suppliers are utilised, and meeting contractual SLAsAdministration facilities managementSupporting inbound and outbound callsIdentifying key areas for improvement based on the job experienceWhat you'll bringMotor Claims or Claims experience preferred. Motor repairer or towing coordinator experience preferred.Passion for customers and delivering exceptional serviceKnowledge of ClaimCenter and intermediate computer skills, i.e. MS Office SuiteThe ability to multi-task and have outstanding time management skillsStrong attention to detail and can work well under pressureStrong communication skills with the ability to tailor communication to the audience to articulate complexityAbility to use customer and commercial acumen to enhance business performanceWhat we can offer youSuncorp's employee benefits are designed to support, empower and reward our people.
