SA Public Sector EmployeesOnlyThe Executive Assistant is a role in Finance & BusinessServices, and is accountable to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO)for: Providing high level, quality executive and administrativesupport services to the CFO and Division Directors; providingtimely and accurate advice on a broad range of issues andpriorities, including undertaking research and preparing reports;monitoring that policy and procedures, standards and customerservice principles are applied in the delivery of administrationservices; assisting with the coordination and support of meetings,agendas and papers and maintaining effective human resourcesrecords management processes and systems.
Special Conditions:Successful applicant willbe required to hold a National Police Check (NPC) andsatisfactorily complete an Employment-related Screening Check wherethis is required for the role, prior to being employed.

Screening
Consideration for an offer of employment in the South AustralianPublic Sector is in part dependent upon a National Police Check,also known as a National Police Certificate.
If you are new to the department and are invited to aninterview, you will be required to produce a National Police Check,which has been issued within six months of your application for therole. National Police Checks can be applied for via the South Australia Police or through an AustralianCriminal Intelligence Commission accredited body.
If the role you are applying for also requires anEmployment-related Screening Check, you will be required to undergosuch assessment as is advised by DHS, including periodic assessmentduring your employment.
Cover Letter and Resume
You are required to submit a cover letter which should be nolonger than 2 pages addressing how your skills, attributes,experience and capabilities align with the role description. Youare also required to provide three work referees, preferably beingyour two most recent line managers and attach your current resumevia the online application form. Please note that for this role you are notrequired to address Behavioural Questions in the application.
