About the role: The Salesforce Tester reports directly to the Salesforce Product Manager and is responsible for validating the functionality, performance, and reliability of Salesforce applications. This includes creating and executing test plans, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues. The role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce and QA methodologies to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. Key Competencies: To apply and succeed in the role, you will have: Proficiency in using programming languages and tools such as SQL, Java, C, and Python for software development and system management. Strong communication and excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, functionalities and best practices. Proven experience in test planning, execution and strategy. Remuneration: Competitive salary $108,109 min - $116,864 max pa plus superannuation.
