The Graduate Officer is accountable for assisting in the provision of quality project management, community development, and engagement projects.
Key responsibilities include research, data collection and analysis, and preparation of reports and briefings.
The role is also responsible for timely and effective administrative support services and stakeholder engagement services.
We are looking for graduates in the following areas:
Property Services: Responsible for overseeing the planned management of the SA Housing Trust's $15bn housing portfolio.
Finance and Partnerships: Delivers a range of corporate functions and is the lead contact point within the SA Housing Trust for strategic partner engagement.

Eligibility Criteria:
Availability: Apply for our February 2025 intake.
Location: You will be working within metropolitan Adelaide, with positions located in the Adelaide CBD.
Qualifications: You must have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate Australian University qualification in 2021 or later, or you will have completed a qualification before your commencement date in a Graduate Officer role.
Background Check: You must be willing to undergo relevant criminal history check(s) and receive clearance to meet the required entry standards.
Visa Holders: You must hold a VISA with acceptable work conditions from the commencement date of your employment.
Employment Conditions: You must meet all other employment conditions, including the ability to travel independently to and from the workplace and other sites as required.
Special Conditions:
Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Clearance prior to being employed.
The successful applicant may be required to hold a current Australian issued Drivers Licence, which must be maintained.
Role Status: Full-time 37.5 hours per week – multiple positions available.
24 month Employment Contract up to 5 February 2027.
Requirements: Relevant tertiary qualification obtained from a registered Australian University in one or more of the below disciplines:
Law (especially contract law) Community Development Social Sciences / Arts / Humanities Economics Psychology Construction / Development Government Social Work Remuneration: $67,589 - $72,033 (ASO3)
