An opportunity has now become available for a reliable, professional Area Manager to join the company, overseeing the quality of work delivered on jobs in Victoria's Rural Northwest, based out of the broader Bendigo or Ballarat areas.
Reporting to the National Construction Manager, you will work closely with Supervisors to motivate construction teams and trades and ensure jobs are delivered to the highest standards. This will include meeting KPIs, achieving project margins, compliance with OH&S processes, and offering high-quality customer service. You will provide strong leadership and communicate clearly and accurately with the broader Construction team and key stakeholders.
With your previous experience gained in the insurance repair construction industry, you will present with leadership experience and excellent communication skills. You will be skilled at building relationships and detail-focused, understanding how insurance repair jobs run. A genuine people person, you will enjoy working with others and delivering great service to customers.
