We are looking for an experienced leader with an extensive background in growing and developing client-based community services. You will manage quality service delivery across multiple service areas (which may include community in home support services for adults and children), support and grow CPL business, manage operational requirements; and effectively contribute towards achievement of the organisation's purpose. You will ensure our clients have opportunity to chase their passion and live the life they choose.
With the backing and infrastructure of a well-established sector-leading organisation and reporting to the Regional Area Manager, you will create opportunity and inspire confidence in leading a well-established committed team.
This role will see you working for Cootharinga and the wider CPL business. Cootharinga is a quality service provider that has been supporting children and adults with disabilities across North, Far North, and North West Queensland since 1951.
What would I be doing?
Maintaining and optimising operations and ensuring quality service delivery across a range of services and customer segments.
Leading staff to meet the requirements of the NDIA and CPL customers.
Growing CPL market share in accordance with an established Business Development Plan.
Building and maintaining customer relationships across CPL service streams.
Determining and fostering key relationships internally and externally.
Building brand awareness via local activity and implementation of the strategic marketing plan.
Implementing and maintaining systems and processes to optimise service delivery.
Leading the team to respond to customer demand and building team cohesion and collaboration.
Ensuring the provision, implementation, and maintenance of systems, administration training, and processes required to deliver services in an NDIS environment.
Providing leadership to local teams and delivery of services with a client focus, effectively managing resources, including human, financial, assets, and capital costs.
Collaborating and sharing insights with other senior leaders.
What would I need to be considered?
Demonstrated experience managing and growing a range of multi-discipline services.
Experience and skill in managing multi-disciplinary services.
Highly effective change and people management experience.
An entrepreneurial spirit with a proven record of driving sustainable business.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Significant experience in leading others to work in changing environments and deliver outstanding client service.
Ability to quickly engage the resources of CPL to adapt products, prices, and processes to meet the needs of a dynamic external environment and share the learning across the organisation.
Knowledge in disability and/or aged care sectors in relation to business opportunities.
Experience and knowledge in disability or aged care sectors.
Tertiary qualifications in business/marketing are well regarded.
Blue Card and NDIS worker screen will be required to start.
