This role will work to drive positive resident experiences and staff engagement to optimise the value of Ingenia's Communities. Ingenia Lifestyle Communities are a collection of unique communities in nature rich locations, designed for our residents to stop waiting and start living!
This is a great opportunity for an individual with experience managing multiple sites. You will be an individual driven by a passion for enhancing team member and resident experiences. This is a multi-site opportunity that will be based in Hamilton, Brisbane. This role will require you to have your own vehicle when travelling across sites. A car allowance is provided. Responsibilities Drive positive resident engagement and sentiment across all Ingenia Lifestyle Communities, ensuring an industry leading lived experience with your passion for customer obsessionDay to day management of all operational assets under your portfolioDrive profit performance for the portfolio & ensure enhancement of the capital value of assets under managementEnsure a consistent and harmonious engagement with residents and their families, as well as building relationships with key local/state-based stakeholdersProfessionally and proactively handle resident feedback and resolve any issues that cannot be resolved at a Community level in a timely mannerEnsure the successful delivery of resident engagement programs and internal promotional activitiesFormulation of annual capital plans for portfolio to improve value of asset, including management and maintenance of lifecycle costing programEnsure the delivery of the portfolio Operational business plan in line with the Head of OperationsDevelop and implement resourcing plan for portfolioCollaborate with key internal stakeholders planning & developing greenfield & in market communities, including sales, development, marketing, design and acquisitionsActively drive positive relationships with external stakeholders, agencies, suppliers and contractorsLead by example – support, coach, motivate and engage the team to be high performers and reach company and team goalsAbout You Previous experience/background in retirement living sector highly regardedPrevious experience as a multi-site operatorStrong focus on enhancing the resident experience and creating moments that matterDemonstrated experience optimising the employee experience to achieve positive commercial outcomesStrong interpersonal and communication skills, confident and proficient at dealing with people at all levelsAbility to identify and implement opportunitiesStrong negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to think and operate laterally within the businessPlease note that to be considered for this role you must be able to work in Australia and be able to provide evidence of working rights.
