As a Delivery Manager, you will be dedicated to ensuring respectful and compassionate collection and transportation of beloved pets to our facility for cremation services.
The role involves compassion, empathy, and providing peace of mind to pet owners during a sensitive time.

This is a Casual position only. Duties of a Delivery Driver: Carrying out pet collections from veterinary clinics, handling deceased animals with respect and dignity (all pets are hygienically bagged and kept chilled)Collecting pets from owners' homesReturning pet ashes to clients at home and in veterinary clinicsThoroughly reviewing and accurately fulfilling system requirements with meticulous attention to detailEnsuring that vehicle and work areas are maintained at the highest standardsNavigating daily runs with efficiency aligned to the run requirementsAbout you: A passion for helping others at difficult timesCompassion for animals and emotional intelligenceExceptional customer service skills; you're an effective and clear communicatorStrong organisational skills and thrive working in a clean and tidy environmentAn ability to handle deceased pets in a professional and compassionate mannerCapable of lifting pets of all sizes using safe lifting procedures (requires ability to lift up to 25kg)Required to hold a current driver's licenseBenefits of joining InvoCare:
