In this exciting role, you will enable the delivery of a wide range of national investments into Australia's research system. You will work with a wide range of stakeholders across Universities, Publicly Funded Research Agencies, and Government Departments. The core purpose of the role is to ensure that ARDC's initiatives and activities are being delivered, tracked, and managed using best practice.Responsibilities:Implement the ARDC Project Management Framework.Design, manage, and implement change management strategies.Provide specialist, expert advice and reports for a range of internal stakeholders.This role is suited to a highly motivated individual with significant demonstrated experience in developing and implementing Project Management Frameworks and establishing Project Management functions within an organization. The successful candidate will need to have highly-developed relationship management and consulting skills, including the ability to interact, influence, and negotiate with a variety of stakeholders within and outside the ARDC.Minimum Requirements:The ideal candidate will bring a strong educational background or substantial relevant skills and work experience. The role requires postgraduate qualifications and extensive, relevant experience; or extensive management experience and proven management expertise; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
