Architect Or Experienced Graduate Of Architecture

A close-knit practice renowned for their ability to offer personalised service to their clients, that offers a broad and comprehensive range of architectural services are seeking a Project Architect or Experienced Graduate of Architecture.
Hit the ground running on a myriad of projects that have commenced construction in both the Private and Government education sector. You will establish rapport quickly, understanding the different phases, deliverables, contract documents and project management of various sized projects.
You Will
Hold your Architectural registration with 8-10years local experience. Demonstrate a strong focus in contract administration and delivering projects within the education and commercial sector. Be versatile in the full project lifecycle including concept, feasibility, master planning, design development, construction documentation, contract administration, superintendency, and variations. Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills as you will be liaising with clients and key stakeholders on a regular basis. Have a sound understanding of relevant design codes and regulations. Be highly proficient in AutoCAD, competency in Revit an advantage.
Ideally you will be passionate about design excellence and ingenuity, produce high quality detailed documentation and enjoy collaborating with likeminded people.
