Job Description

This design firm specializes in the design and drafting of high end custom home builds across Sydney. They're based in Northwest Sydney and have a friendly and busy office.

The role:
Using ArchiCAD software
Reporting to the Drafting Manager
Designing concepts to full construction sets
Creating designs based on client meetings and briefs
Drafting DA/CC/CDC and drawing council plans
Working drawings
Keeping clients up to date throughout the whole process on any design issues or changes and liaising with internal teams and consultants
Designs for tenders
Your background must be:
ArchiCAD experience required
Residential Drafting experience
Great communication skills and presentation
Drafting Diploma or Certificate
