In your role as Employment Services Officer, you will be delivering support services to online jobseekers. You will be required to liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders and be required to interact with members of the public in the context of sensitive or emotional issues. About your role Your role will be to assist job seekers on-boarding online and system support as well as services such as: Activities, non-vocational interventions and/or complementary services Job readiness, job search and/or other vocational support Educate job seekers to understand/meet mutual obligation and Job Plan requirements Assist job seekers with access to Employment Fund, relocation assistance and Wage Subsidies, where eligible. About you? Have a passion and drive for assisting people find employment and times of need Comprehensive understanding of the policies and guidelines related to employment services Apply thorough knowledge of policy, procedures and guidelines to resolve complex and escalated enquiries Make sound decisions within financial and compliance frameworks Liaise with employers and employment agencies to assist customers to maximise training and employment opportunities Provide suggestions to improve systems, knowledge and processes If you think that this is a role that you might be perfect for, please apply online now!
