In a diverse role, Air Force is seeking a self-sufficient autonomous team member to innovate and support all aspects of business and contract management functions.
As a Business & Contracting Support Officer, you will be responsible for: Reviewing, establishing and implementing contact changes, compliance and closures; Providing support to AMG budget builds; Engage and negotiating with domestic/international clients and stakeholders; Responding to complex enquiries and contract management issues, taking the initiative to identify alternative courses of action where necessary; Initiate and recommending mitigation strategies for the risks identified; and Build and sustain productive relationships with supervisors, staff and team members and actively participate in teamwork and group activities.
This is an exciting and varied role.
Whilst you report to the Business Manager, you may at times, be seconded within AMG to support critical elements of the business.
About our Team AMG is responsible for preparing and conducting air mobility operations for Defence force projection.
As such, Squadrons within AMG operate globally on a daily basis and are often the first on the scene when deploying Defence assets in times of crisis.
We operate six aircraft types in a range of roles covering air logistics support, airborne operations, and air-to-air refueling.
We also support a range of tasks including aero-medical evacuation missions, along with search and rescue.
Flying squadrons within AMG are located at RAAF Bases Richmond, Amberley and Defence Establishment Fairbairn.

84 Wing and No.
86 Wing, along with the Air Mobility Control Centre and Air Mobility Training and Development Unit.
You will be a part of a small team which supports each of the Squadrons by providing timely, accurate financial and contractual advice.
