APS5 Travel & Credit Officer

Working within an organisation that assists many stakeholders with various day-to-day travel.
You will be joining a medium-sized collaborative team.
Your new role
In your new role, you'll be assisting the team via the travel and credit card helpdesk.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Possessing a thorough understanding of TechOne and Expense8, particularly in managing travel and credit card processes within the Federal Government and interpreting government policies.
Exhibiting a strong focus on customer service with excellent written and spoken communication abilities.
Maintaining meticulous attention to detail and demonstrating strong teamwork skills.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a self-starter, ideally with recent experience working in a similar role within the federal government.
The preferred candidate will hold an AGSVA baseline security clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
What you'll get in return
