Our Federal Government client is seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join their team as a HR Advisor.
APS5 HR Generalists Non-ongoing contract for 12 months Baseline clearance required Based in Canberra There Are Two Roles Available: APS5 HR Advisor in the Awards and Recognition Team APS5 HR Advisor in the Onshore and Offshore Relocations Team General Responsibilities: Provide moderately complex policy guidance to stakeholders.
Provide support and guidance on the resolution of moderately complex HR issues, including escalating to APS6/EL1.
Act with integrity and in accordance with APS legislation in the course of HR management activities.
Collaboratively work with other HR practitioners in undertaking research, analysis, and resolution of HR issues and opportunities.
Under limited supervision, set and manage day-to-day priorities to achieve tasks and outcomes.
Demonstrate ethical behavior and integrity to enhance team culture and contribute to a positive workplace.
Participate in business improvement activities to ensure efficient and effective practices.
Participate in the review of Standard Operating Procedures and Templates to ensure appropriate work processes.
Identify opportunities to adapt HR technologies in support of innovation and compliance.
Support the retention of appropriate records, data, and reports in departmental systems for contracted services.
