About the role
The ACIC are seeking to fill Intelligence Analyst positions at the APS5 and APS6 levels.
As an Intelligence Analyst, you will contribute to the planning, development, and production of intelligence outcomes and outputs. Focused on the production of value-added intelligence products as a result of the collection, evaluation, and analysis of information, Intelligence Analysts work closely with other intelligence professionals to drive operational activity and produce impactful insights to inform a range of partners on various aspects of transnational serious and organised crime impacting Australia.
Key responsibilities:
APS5
Responsibilities for APS5 level position will include but are not limited to:
Collecting and analyzing intelligence data.
Producing intelligence reports and briefings.
Collaborating with other intelligence professionals.
APS6
Responsibilities for APS6 level position will include but are not limited to:
Leading intelligence projects and initiatives.
Providing guidance to APS5 Analysts.
Engaging with stakeholders to inform operational activity.

To be successful in these roles, you will demonstrate the following experience, skills, and attributes:
Essential qualifications APS5/6:
Relevant qualifications in intelligence analysis or related fields.
Desirable qualifications APS6:
Advanced qualifications or certifications in intelligence analysis.
