Apprentice Carpenter

YMH is a leading builder of modular dwellings and commercial buildings servicing the Lifestyle, Tourism and Commercial sectors. With facilities in both Mulwala NSW and Bendigo VIC. All our modular buildings are designed and built to the very highest standards with a true focus on quality.
We are currently seeking an apprentice Carpenter to work at our Bendigo location. The position will report directly to the Construction Supervisor.
About you; To be the successful applicant for this position you must have a genuine interest in the construction industry and a willingness to learn.
Qualifications: Current Drivers Licence – (if under 18 when achieved) White Card – (Construction Induction Card – to be completed prior to start date) Skills: Ability to follow instructions accurately Good physical stamina Attention to detail Strong problem solving skills Strong communication skills A commitment to learn Be friendly, supportive and have a positive attitude Take pride in the quality of your work Responsibilities: Follow all safety protocols while working on construction sites Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work area Collaborate with experienced carpenters to learn new techniques Why work for us?
