**The role**: In accordance with defined service levels, you will provide high level end-to-end service delivery for eHealth Queensland's enterprise Single Sign-on and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) platforms.Working closely with other Application and Technical Specialists, vendors and customers, you will be responsible for providing excellent, proactive customer service and support to our large and growing user base, as well as assisting the team with ITIL functions including Incident, Problem and Change Management activities.Your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide effective incident, change and risk management utilising best practices in systems support and service delivery within the ITIL framework.
