Your Responsibilities Analyze production, inventory control, distribution, cost analysis, finance, marketing, human resources application systems, and/or a variety of other business and technical problems to formulate and develop new and modified information processing systems. Determine techniques to improve the basis for decision making, policy construction, and program design and execution. Develop, maintain, and establish operational specifications for information processing systems including manual systems and those supported by data processing equipment. Coordinate with all organizations involved to ascertain system requirements such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system techniques and controls. About You To be successful in this role, you will have tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (Information Technology) from a recognized institution, and/or equivalent relevant experience.
Computer literacy with an ability to produce, analyze, and interpret reports and information. Experience in a customer liaison role. Intermediate skills and experience in the use of MS Office and other relevant software packages and applications. Exposure and knowledge with the relevant technologies and domains including: Collaboration tools (SharePoint, Confluence, Jira), Databases (SQL Server, Oracle, Postgre SQL), Business Analytic Tools (Tableau, Cognos, Service Central). Sound knowledge and experience with configuration, data, and change management. Special Requirements Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance.
