Application Support Specialist - Dynamics 365 Finance & OperationsGrowing Agricultural Machinery Supplier requires an Applications Support Specialist for a permanent opportunity based in Derrimut, commencing ASAP. This industry-leading company promotes a collaborative and supportive work environment. You will provide day-to-day technical support across this company's global applications, ERP, CRM, and web-facing systems. This opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about customer service with strong technical skills to resolve incidents efficiently and prioritise tasks as required.Your new roleIn this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for:Building relationships - able to relate constructively to all levels of the organisation.Proven experience planning, undertaking and finishing activities to achieve high quality results.Proven user management experience - able to engage directly with users in the most appropriate way in any given set of circumstances.IT Systems, Infrastructure and Application Support knowledge / FinOps support / Automated Form Management / Power Automate knowledge / API configuration and management.Must have SQL knowledge and experience with Dynamics CRM (D365) administration and support experience. Systems include; Custom Power Apps, Custom applications with multiple integrations (SQL-based), Precision Forms within Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Dynamics 365 CE and Finance and Operations and CRM (D365 Sales, Resco).Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt handling of tickets, communication with customers and adherence to SLAs.Investigate and manage to resolve incidents affecting functionality, availability, and performance.Undertake tuning and scaling of systems for both performance and security.Manage security profiles across applications in line with IT security principles.What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will have:Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving user requests in a timely manner.Strong communication skills - ability to speak clearly with non-technical and technical stakeholders.Ability to problem-solve - someone able to break processes into their individual components to identify issues and solutions.Results-focused - sets challenging goals for self and understands performance expectations.Excellent customer service experience and desire to go above and beyond.What you'll get in returnWorking in an organisation where they develop and grow careers, you will be offered an excellent salary package and the opportunity to build your IT career, working with the latest technology.
