We are looking for an Application Specialist (Implementation & Support) to join the team in Brisbane. NOTE: Must be Brisbane based and able to work in a hybrid environment. Skills Experience: Upgrading and Supporting proprietary software applications & third-party vendor applications.Troubleshooting high-level issues for clients to help solve various technical issues and provide expert advice in accordance with Service Level Agreements.Contribute to the execution of the software engineering strategy, participating in strategic discussions and technology assessments.Installation / Configuration / Customisation of 3rd party apps.Scripting – PowerShell / Java Script.Migration of Apps from On Prem to Cloud.Upgrade / Uplift to systems.Patching of 3rd Party apps.Support of 3rd Party apps.Assist and support with implementation of new 3rd Party Applications, including the support of upgrades, patch management and minor enhancements.Web Development. 3rd Party Apps – Experience Beneficial: ArcGISPrimaveraBikelockerTableauControl MHATUS Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience.Typically, 6+ years of Applications experience.Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies.Strong analytical and debugging skills.Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices.Good communication and teamwork skills.Willingness to learn and grow in a leadership role.Strong organizational and time management skills.
