As Worn By Apparel Pty Ltd – Burleigh Heads QLD
An exciting position exists for an experienced and creative Senior Apparel Designer to join our team. It's a hands-on role working within a small agile and creative team across wholesale to mass retailers and direct to consumer E-Commerce. This role will work closely with all areas of the business – including sales, operations and marketing.
Our brand presence at major retail level plus our social and online platforms are the core of our business, so the role is high energy and very reactive.

Key Responsibilities: Manage the design process from ideation to production Create and manage production artwork tech-packs from end to end Create retail brand presentations for range selection Manage all aspects of online products to enhance and maximize sales and exposure Upload products to web platforms, maintain collections and product categories Research market leaders and competitor's websites for potential updates and best practices Assist in launching seasonal and promotional campaigns in line with marketing initiatives Support photoshoots to enhance online sales performance Contribute creatively to social and gifting strategies that enhance and influence online sales Assist with digital content and creative tasks for all social media platforms Design artwork for web, online, print, and all other branding assets About our Ideal Applicant: 3-5 years previous experience working in the apparel industry with exposure to and an understanding of brand licensing Advanced skills with the Adobe suite (i.e. Illustrator / Photoshop / InDesign / Lightroom) Experience in Web Design and Photography Photo-editing and retouching skills Strong Shopify skills (not essential but highly regarded) Creative with a love for fashion and knowledge in a similar role Ability to handle multiple tasks accurately and effectively Experience working in a high growth environment, with constantly shifting priorities Acts with a sense of urgency, strong time management skills Completed a degree in Graphics/Marketing/Comms or demonstrated experience in a similar role Ability to think logically and critically to ensure visual communications fit cohesively together Adaptable, able to multi-task, open to feedback, and deliver quickly and accurately on briefs Highly motivated, willing to tackle challenges head-on, pushing boundaries, and thinking outside of the box #J-18808-Ljbffr
