6 month contract Brisbane CBD location Eden Ritchie is seeking a Principal Program Officer in a critical program to enhance the lives of Queenslanders.

More specifically, the successful candidate will: Provide professional, analytical, authoritative, and timely advice to colleagues and senior management to inform strategy, direction, and generation of solutions to complex problems. Research and prepare proposals, project plans, recommendations, submissions, and briefing papers, in conjunction with key external and internal stakeholders, of a complex nature. Apply structured project and/or program management approaches to developing a range of housing solutions and/or related sector development projects. Lead the implementation of strategies to achieve major reform initiatives and increase sector consolidation and capacity. Develop housing assistance policies and programs that are robust, evidence-based, and represent value for money. Research, design, and implement effective, integrated, and contemporary housing and support models that achieve outcomes for clients and deliver on strategic commitments. Lead the development and implementation of funding reform activities that are effective, integrated with whole-of-government policy directions, and responsive to variation in regions, communities, and client groups. Monitor, review, and evaluate investment and service delivery outcomes, including program budget and performance reporting. Engage and coordinate activities with diverse stakeholders.
