We are currently seeking AO3 Customer Service Officers on behalf of our client based on the Gold Coast to work within the Education sector in a call centre and face to face in the contact centres!
We are looking for Customer Service Officers that can provide accurate information to prospective and existing clients, to sell and on-sell the Region's programs and services, complete enrolments and receipt payments.
About The Role As a Customer Service Officer, you will have responsibility for the following:
Represent our client as the first point of contact for clients, including from non-English speaking backgrounds. Utilise sales techniques to convert enquiries into new business opportunities via face to face, telephone, email and WebChat. Process student enrolments using various payment options. Ensure all relevant records are up-to-date and accurate. Contribute to the collective achievement of service level agreements and targets. Undertake research and development on matters relating to business functions. Contribute to improvement in business processes and practices. Model and actively promote an ethical and safe work environment that supports a culture of zero harm and best practice regarding health, safety, wellness and sustainability. About You As an experienced Customer Service Officer, you will have:
The ability to rapidly acquire extensive knowledge of products, services and operations. Demonstrated achievement in a customer service/call centre environment. Demonstrated ability to provide prompt and professional client service by building and sustaining positive relationships, resolving conflict and solving problems. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and other relevant specialist software packages. Displays the initiative, attitude and ability to thrive within a dynamic, challenging and changing environment. Ideally an educational background in banking, financial or travel. Benefits 23 September – 14 February with possible extension. Gold Coast Location. $48.12/ hour + super. Closed during the Christmas/New Year break and the successful candidates will not be required 23/12/2024 – 03/01/2025 (if for any reason these dates change we will provide as much notice as possible).
