About Anodising

The Role
We have an opening for an Anodising Plant Operator to join our Dandenong Branch.
This full-time position offers on-the-job training and a clear path to advance to a Master Anodising Operator role.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate machinery to manage the anodising process.
Inspect products to meet quality and specification standards.
Troubleshoot equipment and product issues.
Work to a production schedule to ensure timely order completion.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all Quality, WHS, and safety guidelines.
What you will bring

Prior experience in manufacturing (aluminium finishing experience desirable but not essential).
Proven reliability, punctuality, and the ability to follow instructions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
