Mindset Health is seeking a talented Analytics Engineer to join our Data & Analytics team.
Role Overview:
As our Analytics Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of developing our Data Lake, creating high-quality data models, and producing datasets that drive our business forward. Your analytics expertise will be crucial in answering critical business questions and shaping our data strategy.
Our team follows a hybrid model working out of our office in Cremorne, so we'd love to see applications from those based in (or willing to relocate to) Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities Own the Data Infrastructure: Build and maintain the backbone of our data operations, ensuring reliability and quality of datasets used for daily decision-making. Be a Data Knowledge Hub: Engage regularly with datasets, building and sharing knowledge about how to leverage our data effectively. Expand Our Data Horizons: Explore and prepare new datasets, growing the scope of what we can analyse and guiding users on how to utilise them. Optimise Cost and Performance: Build cost-effective infrastructure within our data technical budget while ensuring high availability of existing pipelines. Drive Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilise analytics tools like SQL and Python to answer critical business questions and create impactful data products. Visualise Insights: Craft compelling dashboards and data visualisations that stakeholders can rely on for informed decision-making. What You'll Bring to the Role: Strong analytics experience with a focus on data infrastructure and modelling Expertise in SQL, Python, and data visualisation tools Experience with Google BigQuery and data warehousing concepts A knack for communicating complex data concepts to various stakeholders Proficiency in quality engineering practices, including version control and Agile methodologies A collaborative spirit and the ability to bring others along on the data journey Alignment with Mindset Health's values and a positive contribution to our culture Why join Mindset Health?
