About the role: Pharmaceutical manufacturing company. Mon to Friday with standard working hours. Based in the inner suburbs of Melbourne, 12 months contract. Reporting to the Laboratory Manager, this role will ensure all products are of a high standard and comply with Australian regulations.
Your responsibilities may include: Carry out analysis of bulk and finished products (e.g. HPLC, UV-Vis, GC)Industry experience of method development and validation using HPLC/GCCalibration and maintenance of laboratory equipmentWater sampling and data trendingColour testingPrepare and follow company SOPsOther duties as requiredAbout you: The successful candidate will have a Bachelor of Science, ideally majoring in Chemistry or related discipline. You will have experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a similar position using analytical equipment such as HPLC and experience with method development and validation. You will be a quality-focused individual with excellent attention to detail, have good communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
