Analyst Strategy Mergers & Acquistions

Great stakeholder exposure both internally and externallyBe a valuable part of our continued successWe have an opportunity for an experienced M&A Analyst to join the Strategy, Mergers and Acquisitions team and contribute to the development and execution of Lendlease's strategy and key corporate transactions. This role is a full-time, permanent position.Working closely with the Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions team and other key business stakeholders, you will undertake in-depth analysis of business models to support decisions for ongoing and new business alignments. Not only will you utilise your technical skills in this role, but your ability to build strong working rapport with key business stakeholders will be critical. Your key responsibilities will include:Utilising various sources to research and support dealsFormalising deals such as corporate mergers, sales or acquisitionsAnalysing financial or operational performance of companies to identify or recommend solutionsUndertaking due diligence processesApplying your subject matter expertise to solve common and complex issuesDeveloping the Lendlease corporate strategy and supporting analysisYou will bring previous business modelling experience, ideally gained within a Big 4 environment, property or construction, or other large corporation. You will hold degree qualifications in business with advanced knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint. You will also be research-oriented with the ability to gather from diverse data sources to support analytical inferences and decisions.This opportunity will enable you to join a team of like-minded professionals focused on seeking excellent and sustainable commercial outcomes.
