Working closely with the Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions team and other key business stakeholders, you will undertake in-depth analysis of business models to support decisions for ongoing and new business alignments. Not only will you utilise your technical skills in this role, but your ability to build strong working rapport with key business stakeholders will be critical. Your key responsibilities will include:
Utilising various sources to research and support deals
Formalising deals such as corporate mergers, sales or acquisitions
Analysing financial or operational performance of companies to identify or recommend solutions
Undertaking due diligence processes

You will hold degree qualifications in business with advanced knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint. You will also be research-oriented with the ability to gather from diverse data sources to support analytical inferences and decisions.
This opportunity will enable you to join a team of like-minded professionals focused on seeking excellent and sustainable commercial outcomes. Not only will you have tremendous scope within your role to develop, but this position will provide exposure across the entire Lendlease business.
At Lendlease, we offer workplaces that unite diverse minds; where respect, equitable treatment, and equitable opportunity are just the norm. We remain committed to supporting under-represented groups and providing a wide range of inclusion initiatives, so that everyone is supported to thrive.
Our commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is reflected in our Elevate Reconciliation Action Plan, our Bronze Award with the Australian Workplace Equality Index by Pride in Diversity, and our generous parental leave policy of 26 weeks to any parent regardless of gender.
