Every day we help our major global clients deliver ambitious and highly technical projects, in over 130 offices worldwide.Turner & Townsend are an independent professional services company specialising in programme management, project management, cost management and consulting across the property, infrastructure and natural resources sectors.Due to significant growth and ongoing delivery success with our clients, Turner & Townsend are seeking an Analyst in Melbourne.Job DescriptionAn Analyst will work within the Advisory team providing all the benefits of our expertise in a comprehensive and commercial service designed to guide any project successfully through the complexities of modern construction and engineering procurement, from inception to completion.As an Analyst, you will assist in terms of offering specialist advice to clients on procurement strategies, dispute resolution and litigation support.Specialist advice of services including intelligent procurement, claims management, case management and expert witness.Supporting the overall process including preparation of project documentation and assisting with claims and dispute resolution.Interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages.QualificationsExperience with the provision of commercial support throughout the project lifecycle.Relevant work experience, ideally in a consultancy environment.Ability to demonstrate attention to detail.Team player with the ability to work autonomously.Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills.Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your clients and have the ability to work independently.A recognised Degree qualification, which may include but is not limited to, Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying, or a similar degree qualification in a commercial, legal or civil engineering/construction discipline.Additional InformationTurner & Townsend is an equal opportunity employer.
