Base salary between $90K-$120K + super, phone and lap top
Role
As the Allocator you will hold a critical position ensuring vehicles, drivers and equipment are optimally assigned to meet the demands of the business.
Apply real time task allocation to maximise efficiency and reduce costs
Match available drivers and vehicles to specific routes and jobs
Manage unforeseen changes and adjust schedules to meet client demand
Communicate with customers to provide updates, respond to inquiries and concerns
Ensure all data is recorded
You
To be successful in this role,
you must have experience in the mobile crane industry
and a thorough understanding of the operating capabilities of various types of cranes, as well as the specific jobs they are used for.
Can handle a high volume of coordination
Available to work on site between 7am – 4pm and take after hours calls when required
A natural problem solver who can think on your feet
Ability to remain calm in tough situations
Can stand your ground and make confident decisions
Crane knowledge is a MUST
