The Role and You
You will be responsible for allocating and managing the delivery of products from the warehouse to stores, ensuring that you always meet deadlines to ensure the company targets of sales and profit margins are met.
As a Merchandise Assistant, your days will be filled with ordering, allocating and assisting with the distribution of new products, promotional lines, refilling the stores and helping to ensure the stock levels across the company are correct!
You will be extremely confident, full of energy and highly organised in this fast-paced environment: your career history will demonstrate your success in a similar entry level role, and you will have an almost obsessive attention to detail focus, and be well known by your previous employers as someone who worked very well in high pressure situations.
You will be able to recognise problems before they happen and bring them to your managers attention, cope in unfamiliar territory as the day changes with challenges and you will be entirely focused on delivering sensational results with each task you undertake. Most importantly, you will love running to a tight schedule and routine!
Due to your recent history in a similar planning / allocation role, you will understand terminology like OTB targets and be skilled using the ERP / SAP systems that are common in the industry.

Skills and Responsibilities
