Surgical, Treatment and Rehabilitation Service, Herston
Permanent part-time opportunity to provide day-to-day operational leadership for a multi-professional allied health (AH), health practitioner (HP) team and operational management for the multidisciplinary clinical assistant (CA) team member and TCPRC Pharmacists providing comprehensive pain management programs for patients receiving services from the TCPRC at STARS.
About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with Metro North Health's values:
Lead a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and patient-centered care within the team.Act as the primary point of contact for RBWH TCPRC allied health services.Provide advanced level clinical services and evidence-based interventions (within relevant discipline scope) for a complex clinical caseload.Deliver high-level allied health clinical consultancy services and facilitate critical decisions for patients whose persistent pain may not respond favourably to treatments.Provide strategic direction and authoritative clinical advice regarding allied health clinical standards and service planning aligned with organisational priorities.Health Equity It is expected that all Metro North Health staff, including the incumbent of this role, contribute to the health equity agenda and support the needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
