**About the Role**
We are seeking enthusiastic an **Allied Health Assistant (Lifestyle Officer)s** to join our CO-ACT team. In this role, you will work closely with the Lifestyle Activity Coordinator to plan and deliver group sessions that focus on supporting and maintaining the functional abilities of our patients. With a patient-centred approach, you'll help create engaging, meaningful activities that promote social connection, independence, and enjoyment for older adults across our service.
Working on a flexible **_7-day roster_**, you will primarily facilitate group-based programs while also collaborating with allied health professionals to deliver targeted care as needed. **About You**
