Role Description
Reporting to the recruitment manager, this role will be focused on the recruitment of contract personnel, working with clients and playing a key part in helping them staff up new and ongoing projects.
Principle Accountabilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle qualifying and proposing candidates for vacancies. Deliver a range of contract recruitment offerings and tailored solutions to the Airswift business. Develop new business and capitalise on opportunities to maximise GP revenue. Mentor other team members when required to help them achieve their set KPI and goals. Achieve agreed targets and standards for performance, quality, culture and legislative compliance. Provide innovative and unique solutions to recruiting in a highly competitive recruitment industry. Partner with Strategic Delivery Center (Airswift recruitment delivery support centre) to ensure excellent services of job delivery for our clients. Actively participate in business networking events. Lead by example displaying a hard work ethic and understanding of many aspects of the business. Ensure your activities are up to date including statistics and figures. Operate in line with relevant legislation. Seek support and escalate non-compliance where appropriate. Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
Exposure to mining, infrastructure and construction hiring. Proven track record as a recruitment consultant preferably more than 6 years. A strong team player and the ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce. Tenacious and determined to succeed. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Possess strong organisational skills and must be detail oriented. Experience in using Bullhorn is highly beneficial. Demonstrate leadership skills and can be seen as a role model.
