ABOUT THE ROLE Due to growth, our client is adding an experienced Air Freight Operator to manage end-to-end logistics solutions for global air cargo.
This role involves overseeing day-to-day air shipments, managing a diverse customer portfolio, and collaborating closely with the team to ensure smooth operations.
DUTIES • Manage air cargo shipments from start to finish, including quoting and invoicing - import and export.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and address inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams on invoicing, costing, and compliance.
• Support the development and improvement of internal systems, including PAVE.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • 2-3 years experience in Airfreight Operations (Import + Export)  • Previous exposure to consolidation preferred  • Demonstrated ability to maintain commercial relationships  • Experience working on Cargowise1 essential  COMPANY CULTURE This company has built strongly year after year over the past decade.
