The Role
The AI Transformation Analyst is responsible for driving and supporting change management activities, ensuring smooth adoption of new AI tools and technology, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Collect and evaluate AI ideas and use cases from various sources within the organisation, maintaining a dynamic pipeline of projects.
Assess and prioritise AI initiatives based on potential impact, feasibility, risk management, and alignment with organisational goals.
Keep current on emerging AI trends and technologies, analysing strategies to identify opportunities and threats.
Scout for innovative AI solutions and acquire new leads for AI projects through networking and events.
Support campaigns to raise awareness about AI benefits and facilitate training sessions to educate employees.
Develop and implement strategies to drive the adoption of AI solutions across various departments.
Build and maintain relationships with key industry players, represent AI initiatives in internal communities, and create content to promote AI initiatives.
About you
Experience in sales, public speaking, advisory and other related interpersonal roles involving understanding and influencing others.
Coaching, teaching and instructing large groups and senior stakeholders.
Experience with agile ways of working and project management methodologies.
Strong understanding of AI technologies, trends, and applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Collaborative and team-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Challenge norms and decision making with constructive vigour.
Curious about new skills, technology, and better ways of doing things, navigating ambiguity and uncertainty.
The experience you bring
Experience as a business analyst, business engagement or relationship manager or equivalent role.
Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with design teams.
Experience in a professional services or consulting environment.
Knowledge of digital products and AI solutions and their impact on business processes.
Familiarity with data analytics tools to track and report on training outcomes.
Understanding of change management principles and best practices.
Knowledge of prompt engineering and its application in AI-driven products.
A solid understanding of software development processes and the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
