We are now recruiting full-time Agricultural Consultant / Engineering Technologist / Software Engineer to join our team.
About the role Duties/Responsibilities: For Agricultural Consultant Collect, measure, analyze and interpret data that affecting agricultural production
Evaluate based on records of operational activities, market activity and production plan
Identify agricultural problems, environment and market factors
Advise on the improvement and maintenance of integrity of the company agricultural Data Management program by analyzing the input and quality assessment of the system.
Plan and interpret the development of agricultural health programs within the company to meet translocation legislation throughout Australia and overseas markets.
Suggest solutions/techniques to solve problems and improve the efficiency of agricultural production.
Advise on compliance with current legislation and use of governmental schemes
Ensure production activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for quality management, legal stipulations and environmental policies.
Suggest solution to improve relevant skill and qualification levels of staff; assess relevant training requirements for staff for effective performance.
Duties/Responsibilities: For Engineering Technologist Analyze and suggest solution on existing technology application improvement and development
Preparing, modifying drawings of new technologies and participate in installing, and modifying equipments to ensure that critical standards are met.
Assist in developing and testing prototype processing systems
Test developmental equipment and formulate standard operating procedures.
Test processing equipment and instruments to observe and record operating characteristics and performance of specified design, process or engineering project.
Prepare technical reports
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment.
Duties/Responsibilities: For Software Engineer Prepare and install solutions for improvement by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming
Diagnose and correct errors and faults in software and programming language within guidelines
Document code consistently throughout the development process by listing description of the program special instructions, and any changes made in database tables in procedural, modular and database level
Enhance applications by developing software verification plans and quality assurance procedures
Perform software version control and maintain periodic compilation schedule
Benefits and perks Great salary package ($70,000 to $100,000) will be rewarded to the right candidate
Skills and experience Ideal Candidate must be: Previous experience in a similar role
Knowledge in agriculture, aquaculture, consultation or related fields
Ability to design/develop software and an exceptional knowledge in technology
Good communication and strong IT skills
Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize and work effectively
Sound analytical, problem solving skills and strict to deadlines
Critical thinking, a methodical mind and highly attention to details
