Maintenance Technician Description of the Position

As a Maintenance Technician you'll be the 'first responder' to all process and equipment related issues on the production floor.
This includes building, repairing, and maintaining automated test equipment and applications, keeping all processes and equipment in good working condition, ensuring maintenance and calibration of equipment is up to date, and escalating issues to higher levels if needed.

React to equipment and process issues as soon as they occurTroubleshoot/repair, maintain and build test equipment, tools, and machinesImprove the performance of equipment and automation processesEstablish and execute maintenance routines and equipment calibrationsMonitor performance of equipment and improve its uptime This job might be for you if you: You are aware of safety/electrical safety procedures (LOTO, electrical safety codes etc)You are interested in working in a test/automation and production environmentYou have an education and/or experience in troubleshooting automated test equipmentYou are organized and hands-on in structured debuggingYou have knowledge of Total Productive MaintenanceYou are curious about new technologies and looking to solve real-world problems in a manufacturing environment
The compensation range for this full-time position, which includes base pay and short-term incentive, is CAD $48,000-$70,000 for candidates who are B.C.
residents.
Our salary ranges are determined by including roles of similar responsibility and level.
Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
