Competitive salaries and employee discounts Flexible work options available Extended leave options including purchased leave, leave at half pay and access to pro-rata long service leave Opportunity to work for an endorsed WORK180 employer Paid parental leave and secondary carer's leave available after 6 months service. 12 weeks paid parental leave for primary caregivers and 6 weeks paid secondary care giver's leave Training and development opportunities Opportunities to be part of our wide and active range of Employee Resourcing Groups: Reconciliation, Gender, Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD), Disability, Mental Health and Neurodiversity, and Perth Mint with Pride Charity and volunteer initiatives Income protection after an accident or illness Health and wellness programs, including an Employee Assistance Program, ongoing wellbeing initiatives, and workplace community building spaces Your role as an Advisor Social Impact will involve: Support the implementation of the sustainability strategy and broader strategic objectives, including community relationships, modern slavery and human rights, change management and embedding sustainability culture and awareness Coordinate the Sustainability & Environment Employee Resource Group Develop, maintain and support the implementation of the Sustainability stakeholder communication and engagement plan Establish and maintain relationships with community partnerships to support the achievement of sustainability targets Engage with key internal stakeholders to raise awareness and advocate for sustainability-related initiatives and targets Continuously research current trends and drawing on best practice to provide recommendations for improvements Driving and fostering effective partnerships with local communities, governments and other stakeholders - building sustainable processes for enduring relationships that support The Perth Mint's social license to operate and growth Source and collaborate with external learning partners to deliver learning solutions/outcomes Experience: Tertiary qualification in social performance, social planning or impact, community development, communications, social science or relevant discipline 3-5 years in Sustainability and/or social performance position Strong track record in delivering social actions and outcomes Demonstrated experience with sustainability reporting standards i.e. SDGs, GRI Proven ability to work autonomously, manage project timelines and contribute to continual and improved productivity, efficiencies, and improvements Experience in supporting the delivery of key events including planning, assisting with communications and stakeholder engagement It's easy to dismiss the perfect opportunity if you don't see yourself as the perfect fit.
