Seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (FNP/PA) to join our team at NOVA Patient Care in Haymarket, VA. We are looking for a dedicated candidate with a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and excellent organizational skills.
As an Advanced Practice Provider, your responsibilities will include assessing, diagnosing, and treating a variety of medical conditions, as well as delivering a wide range of primary and specialty health services.
In addition to a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $125,000, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, life insurance, AD&D, and long-term disability coverage.

ResponsibilitiesAssess, diagnose, and provide treatment for patients dealing with acute and chronic illnessesWork closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team including physicians, nurses, and technicians to ensure comprehensive patient careCollaborate with patients' caregivers and family members to deliver holistic careOffer patient education materials and counseling sessions as part of the treatment planMaintain accurate documentation of patient care activities, procedures, and results to comply with legal and operational standardsQualificationsMaster's degree in Nursing (MSN) or a Master's degree in Physician Assistant (MPA)National certification as a family nurse practitioner (FNP) or a Physician Assistant (PA)At least three years of experience in a clinical practice settingCurrent state licensure in the state in which the position is locatedUS Work Authorization and Bilingual in English/SpanishCompensation$100,000 - $125,000 yearly
