Fixed Term , Full-time role located in Warrnambool Experience within the disability sector, including dealing with behaviours of concern Effective communicator with proven experience in managing a diverse team in the community sector Strategic thinking about improving service and contributing to positive changes Ability to enjoy change and lead a team through an ever-changing environment Ability to adapt to various situations An Advanced Diploma of Disability (or equivalence) is required for this role We excel together
As a Disability Support Worker , you will work with a team of specialists with one common purpose – to create meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive.

To be successful in this role, you must have or be willing to obtain:
Advanced Diploma in Community Sector Management NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee) Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years At Scope, we pride ourselves on collaborating with our people.
