The Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA) Australia is seeking an experienced and driven Regional Manager for South Queensland region, who will enjoy the opportunity to use their superior organizational and people skills as a part of both the ADRA Australia team and the Adventist Church Conferences teams.

What will you do?
Some of the duties include:
Provide Local Oversight and Direction: Manage and oversee ADRA Australia's activities in Tasmania, ensuring alignment with both ADRA Australia and the Adventist Church Conference's goals. Empower and Inspire: Motivate and support churches, members, and volunteers to actively participate in ADRA's mission, becoming agents of change in their communities. Increase Awareness and Funding: Lead efforts to raise awareness of ADRA's work and secure funding for programs and projects. Support Programs and Projects: Provide resources and guidance for programs that deliver impactful and sustainable results, ensuring they adhere to best practices and maintain high levels of integrity. Essential Criteria

Alignment with Christian Ethos: Willingness to work within a Christian environment, with conduct that respects the beliefs and practices of the Seventh-day Adventist Church when in the workplace or representing ADRA Australia. Relevant Experience and Education: A diploma or degree in a related field, coupled with a minimum of four years of experience in project management, people management, or similar roles within the Not-for-Profit sector. Strong Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to connect and relate well with both professional staff and volunteers from diverse backgrounds and age groups. Multi-Tasking and Support: Capability to provide guidance and support to multiple teams and projects simultaneously. Efficiency: Ability to work efficiently, managing tasks and resources effectively. Data Management Proficiency: Confidence in using various software programs for data management, with a strong focus on accuracy and confidentiality. Organisational and Time Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a dynamic work environment. Desirable Criteria
Ability to work with churches to inspire, identify, support, organise and facilitate programs/projects in response to the needs of the community. Proven ability to contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures that are fit-for-purpose and compliance with overarching protocols. Ability to be agile, flexible and adaptable to change in a customer focused environment. Benefits:
