We believe that with great care and a focus on individuals, student potential can be exponential.About the RoleYou will be responsible for guiding potential students into appropriate courses that align with their career aspirations. This role involves daily interactions with prospective students through phone and email to build clientele and achieve monthly enrolment targets. The Admissions Manager is also responsible for maintaining detailed records within the student relationship management system and ensuring high-quality interactions with all potential students.Key Responsibilities:Contact students who have submitted inquiry forms to finalize their enrolment.Achieve monthly enrolment targets based on student inquiries.Maintain detailed notes on student interactions in the student relationship management system.Conduct high-quality, motivational conversations with prospective students to ensure they are placed in courses that best suit their career goals.Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance performance and meet role responsibilities effectively.About YouExperience in education and training or a fast-paced direct-to-customer outbound environment is desirable.Proven sales track record in a high sales and incentive-driven environment.Outstanding communication skills.Adaptable and consultative approach when dealing with a diverse range of clients.Ability to thrive in a high-performing, team-focused environment.Strong computer literacy skills.Why join us?We offer a competitive compensation package, ongoing professional development opportunities, and a collaborative and supportive work environment.
