**ABOUT OUR CLIENT AND THE ROLE**
Our client is a highly successful accounting and advisory firm who help businesses by providing well thought out plans and strategies to help their clients achieve their financial and personal goals.
Due to extended growth within the business, they now require a dynamic and upbeat Administrator/Secretary to join their team.
**DUTIES**
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls;
- Receive, sort and distribute mail and deliveries;
- Greet clients and visitors and ensure they are treated in a friendly & professional manner; and
- Provide general administration services such a data entry and support when required.
**SKILLS & EXPERTISE**
- Strong customer service attitude;
- Experience with telephone/switchboard operations, is desirable but not essential;
- Exposure to and experience with PC and Microsoft office programs;
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Be accurate in data entry and message taking.
