Port Hedland Based Major Mining Company ASAP Start Administrator - Port Hedland Based PERSOLKELLY is one of Australia's largest and longest serving recruitment providers. Delivering both quality temporary and permanent options, we specialise in the recruitment of Professional, ICT, Government, STEM, Management and Executive talent. Our client, a Global leader in the Iron Ore industry, is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Administrator to join their Port Hedland based team on a 6-month contract with the potential for extension. Working hours: Full time (Mondays - Fridays: 8am - 4pm) The Role Some of the key responsibilities of this role include: Scan high volumes of information Save to a document control system Liaising with internal and external stakeholders Answer telephone calls and front counter enquiries, taking accurate information SAP Data entry from a variety of information sources Outlook emails.
