More specifically; maintain all files associated with relevant commissioning and production plans and indirect budgets.Maintain effective liaison with other internal stakeholders and production units.Prepare confidential documentation and reports, link and check documentation for the commissioning process.Provide detailed assistance with the preparation and maintenance of budgets and financial systems;Manage indirect budgets and claims made against the cost centreProvide SAP forecasting for commissioned projects, development and indirectsMonitor expenditure trends and highlight anomalies and manage the slate cashflow documents Position Description: About YouYou'll have: Experience with administrative and financial procedures including SAP desirable but not essential.Demonstrated time management and administrative skills with an aptitude for accuracy and attention to detail.Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills including demonstrated ability to prepare clear and concise reports.Demonstrated analytical skills with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
