Position Title: Administrator - Aged Care Services
We are seeking an experienced Administrator - Aged Care Assessment Services to join our team.

We specialise in assisting older adults, individuals with disabilities, those experiencing mental health challenges, and people at risk of and experiencing homelessness.
We are recruiting to deliver the Aged Care Service (ACAS).

ABOUT THE ROLE The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the Footprints' Aged Care Assessment Service (ACAS).
The ACAS is designed to deliver client-centred, comprehensive, fair, and timely assessments, empowering older Australians to access Commonwealth-funded aged care services.
As a newly established service, ACAS will provide both home and comprehensive assessments targeted to meet the specific needs of senior Australians.
KEY ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES Manage the day-to-day activities associated with referral management systems, including the My Aged Care portal and outlet administration, Footprints client management system, general referral process such as email inbox, phone calls, and other ACAS enquiries.Provide administrative support, at the direction of the Team Leader, during the referral and assessment process including follow up with clients regarding their appointments.Liaise with relevant staff regarding acceptance and allocation of referrals.Assist in completion of client surveys.Collate reporting data, and complete required reporting utilising internal and external reporting systems.Participate in all quality activities as directed by the Team Leader.Assist the Team Leaders in efficient operations of the ACAS operating systems, tools, procedures, and processes involved in the delivery of assessment services.Hybrid working arrangements will be required (in office and work from home) at the discretion of the team leader and manager in accordance with Footprints Working from Home Procedure.General Follow all organisation policies and procedures.Participate in training and attend supervision sessions including completion of the Administration Goals in MAC Learning.Maintain a safe and healthy workplace, ensuring adherence to Work Health and Safety policies and procedures.Work within the mission, vision, and values of Footprints.ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role, you will need: Demonstrated experience in undertaking office administration.Sound interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, and the demonstrated ability to work autonomously and effectively in a team environment.Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines.Computer literacy and experience with efficient use of IT systems, applications, telephone systems and client databases including the ability to utilise virtual meeting platforms e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom.Demonstrated experience in customer service and being responsive to queries and requests from clients, their carers and representatives and other stakeholders.Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to continuous quality improvement.Current class C driver license and ability to use your own comprehensively insured vehicle.National NDIS Worker Screening Check or current Yellow Card.Evidence of annual flu vaccination in accordance with Department of Health and Aged Care.General At least 3 months experience in aged care or Aged Care Needs Assessment is preferred.WHY Footprints?
