About the Role The Administrative Support Officer is a member of the Client Services Team and is accountable for providing quality customer service, project and operational support for the effective administration of funds paid into Court for persons under a legal disability. This role coordinates administrative functions across the Client Services section of FIC. The position reports to the Client Services Manager via the Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate administrative functions across Client Services for persons under disability, as delegated by the Team Leader and/or Client Services Manager.Provide operational support to Client Services Officers with the preparation of correspondence and other documentation, such as Court Orders and Memoranda.Prepare and present quality reports and statistics; maintain proper documentation and create and maintain databases or reporting systems.About You Demonstrated experience providing administrative or operational support.Ability to deliver high-quality, professional, customer-focused administrative services.Experience using administrative systems, in particular, Microsoft Office suite, preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience in the trustee industry would be highly regarded.How to apply Click the 'Apply Now' button, ensuring you include the following in your application:
