About the role
South West Healthcare's (SWH) People and Culture Department provides support services across a full range of Human Resources functions. This includes being the first point of contact for all new and prospective employees. We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Administrative Support Officer to join our team in this fast paced environment. This role will work collaboratively with the People and Culture Team and the broader organisation ensuring high quality HR admin services with an emphasis on recruitment and on boarding processes. You will be an integral part of the team working to deliver a seamless start to employees as they embark on their SWH employee journey.
The position is part time (44 hours per fortnight) with flexibility of spread of hours.

As an Administrative Support Officer you will have well developed experience and skills in a fast paced administrative role. Working with staff across a broad range of disciplines and services, excellent verbal and written communications skills are essential. With customer service at the core, you will be able to work across multiple tasks and competing priorities, whilst maintaining a calm and professional manner.
